About the Director

My why and motivation? I am passionate in helping businesses grow and remain sustainable. If I can impart and share my knowledge and experiences to help someone become better, then that would be the most gratifying result that I can wish for. Not only I focus on business performance but on the human element as well. Helping the mindsets of business owners to remain positive, becomes a great example of an effective leader, and the ability to work on their business.

Why the name Atlas?

This was my father's business name. He was a very successful businessman. He didn't finish high school but decided to start his own hardware business. With confidence and gusto, he went on and created several other businesses. He was an honest & decent businessman with great respect amongst his peers.

Towards the end, he lost several government contracts as he refused to enter into any bribery with government officials. When martial law came into effect his competitors were undercutting everything as they have the government officials on their side, as they were paying them off.

My father decided to close all his businesses. I asked him why, and he said "I rather lose everything than lose my dignity and respect. I rather sleep better at nights, than worry how much I need to bribe someone". Wise words. A solid foundation of the person I am today. He was a person that I admire, continues to inspire me and a person that l aspire to become. I dedicate my business to his legacy.

On Saturday night, 1 November, at the Langham Hotel my wife and I attended the 2025 Victoria Elite Top 100 Multicultural Innovation Business Leaders Awards. I was there in respect and gratitude to a wonderful friend who took the time to genuinely nominate me for the category of Business & Entrepreneurship Innovation. To my surprise — and with deep humility — I was honoured to have been selected as a Top 10 Finalist. Being nominated — without chasing — reaffirmed something meaningful for me: I always believe that when you lead with service and passion, you treat Clients with genuine respect, when you build strong relationships, and when you show passion in what you do… people feel it. It resonates.
